' Globalisation Worldwide movement toward economic, financial, trade, and communications integration. '
The picture i've chosen represents globalisation as i feel it has relevance to globalisation. Looking at the picture, it is obvious that the woman is living in a LDC country. The gigantic burger and coke can which are fake in size, tells us that the woman is not having a good economic status in the country she is living in. In an LDC such as Kenya, fast foods do not even exist to them, let alone a gigantic burger and a can of coke. Due to the degrading economic problems in the country, the financial level of the country therefore is affected too. Without a good economic progress, other factors such as financial, trade, and communications intergration will not even be able to advance. The clothings the woman has on tells us that the financial status of the country is terrible, as the woman does not even have proper clothings which are not torn to be worn. If the government is stable, the woman would have been able to have a more properly attire as they would have enough cash to help all the citizens in the country facing proverty. The background of the picture shows the hot climate and temperature the country experiences, this can be another factor to why the country is not developing well. So as globalisation is a way in which the world comes together to help countries like the one in this picture, poor countries like this will thus develop better in a few year's to come.
