5N2: Ho Li Wei (7)

This picture was taken under my house carpark car wash bay. It shows shows explainations in different languages to inform owner of car that the water dispenser will not operate during non-operation hours. Because s'pore has many different races, it is important for the government to add different languages on a sign so as to allow ppl of different races to understand, rather than only using a main language which does not prove much about s'pore having a diversity of races.
