This is a picture of me studying in Mcdonald and at the same time using my handphone to check the news about Swine Flu, chatting with friends from various countries around the world and doing online assignment etc. With the advancement in technology i am able to communicate with people around the world and exchange information through internet. On the other hand i can eat Mcdonald's, a fast food originating from the United States. And now it has distributed its branches all over the world. This is to show that globalisation has made it easier for people to stay connected without having to travel a long distance and save more time. Technology plays a very important role in globalisation. It has accelerated the development and improve the standard of living of a country. With the help of technology, communication is made possible from any parts of the globe. Globalisation shrinks the world as information and goods are now easily accessible.
