4EA: LEE JI WON (8)

Globalisation is defined as the tendency of businesses, technologies, or philosophies to spread throughout the world. It can be seen as bringing the world together as one as it allows the people of the world to be unified into a single society and function together. I've chosen this picture to represent globalisation because it shows people of different races holding one another closely around the earth. Today, with the modern technology, people from all over the world can easily communicate and interact with one another. Globalisation has also made it easier for people to travel or trade and countries have benefited from this as the impoverished countries have the support of more developed countries and the more developed countries can bring in resources from less developed countries more easily.
